CLEVELAND, Ohio – June 16, 2026 – World Group today announced the sale of their warehouse business, including World Distribution Services (WDS) and Pacific Cascade Distribution (PCD) to RBW Logistics. Republic Partners served as the exclusive financial advisor to WDS and PCD in the transaction.
The sale reflects the strong reputation that WDS and PCD have built in the market, and World Group’s disciplined approach to focusing and investing in its core businesses which are most central to their long-term strategy.
WDS has established a strong position in the market through its service capabilities, customer relationships, and operational performance. Its success made the business an attractive acquisition for RBW Logistics. As World Group continues to evolve its portfolio, this sale creates the opportunity to realize the value built within WDS and PCD while sharpening focus on the company’s core growth platforms and its broader strategy of delivering customer-driven, innovative supply chain solutions.
